Sheng-Hsiung is Chairmen of the Board of the Compal group, consisting of 17 companies in various industries including consumer electronics, optoelectronic, and biotechnology and medical care, with yearly revenues exceeding 33 billion USD in 2017. 7 companies within the group are listed in Taiwan and Thailand.
Sheng-Hsiung was a member of Senior Advisors to the President, National Policy Advisors to the President, head of Importers and Exporters Association of Taipei, Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association, and Chinese National Federation of Industries. He received the National Quality Award and Distinguished Entrepreneur Award.

Dr. Chen possesses over 25 years of academic and industrial experiences in biomedical data analytics, new technology venture incubation and investment, corporate turnaround management, and strategic planning for institutional sustainability in US, Japan, and Taiwan.
Dr. Chen is currently the visiting professor at Kyoto University Institute for Advanced Study (KUIAS), Institute for Integrated Cell-Material Sciences (iCeMS), Japan, as well as the visiting professor at the BioMedical Translation Research Center of Academia Sinica, Taiwan; In addition, Dr. Chen is also holding two teaching positions (joint appointment) at the Department and Graduate Institute of Business Administration, College of Management, and the College of Medicine of National Taiwan University (NTU).
In the academic field, Dr. Chen serves as the Deputy Director of the iCeMS Taiwan Office at Kyoto University; he also serves as Deputy Director of the Center for Regenerative Medicine and Cellular Therapy (CRC), and the Adjunct Research Fellow in the System-on-Chip (SoC) Research Center at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU). In addition, in NTU, Dr. Chen served as the researcher at the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Robotics, as well as at the Center of Technology Policy and Industry Development. He also serves as the President of NII Capital (an University Venture Capital of National Taiwan Normal University), which focus on business in the form of venture capital investments and assists the startups companies which derived from University to commercialize their technology.

David is the investment advisor of NII Capital. He has been serving as professor in University for close 20 years and conducting research projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology for years. His expertise is in finance, investment, corporate governance and robotic trading. Currently, he is still active exploring new business models by combining technology and finance.
David is currently a Professor of the College of Management and director of DIMBA at NTNU.
David holds a Ph.D. in Finance and MBA from Drexel University and Fintech Innovation Certificate from MIT.

Huimin is the investment advisor of NII Capital. His expertise is in financial econometrics, corporate governance, financial risk management, and financial management. He is committed to the integration of theory and practice and the establishment of a knowledge streaming environment.
Huimin currently serves as Professor at the Institute of Finance and director of EMBA at National Chiao Tung University. He has served as referee for many periodicals such as SSCI and TSSCI, and Board of Directors at Hua-Nan Securities Co.
Huimin received a Ph.D. in Economics from Michigan State University and graduated from the PCMPCL program at Harvard Business School.

Jimmy is the investment advisor of NII Capital. With over 20 years experience in venture capital investments and entrepreneurial businesses, he is an expert in cross-border investments, high-tech strategies analysis, operation model optimization, and financial operations. He was CFO at Ecolumina Technology Inc., Vizionfocus Inc., and RT Inc. and used to work at InveStar Capital, C2 Capital, Jih-Sun Securities.
Jimmy is currently Executive Director at Synergy One Capital and founder of Jing Chen Tech.
Jimmy holds a Ph.D. from the Institute of Applied Mechanics and M.S./B.S. in Civil Engineering, National Taiwan University.

Jessica is the financial advisor of NII Capital. She has worked in accounting for more than 10 years and also has extensive experience in entrepreneurial coaching.
Jessica is currently the presiding accountant at the Taipei Branch of Ding Shuo Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Taipei City Institute of Certified Public Accountants. At the same time, she is serving as a mentor at the National Taipei University of Science and Technology Innovation and Development Center and the National Taiwan Ocean University Production Technology Transfer Center.
Jessica holds an MBA from Drexel University, two CPAs, one in Pennsylvania and one in the Republic of China.

Anna completed an internship at Taishin International Bank, served as the director and financial director in university student associations. She is experienced in finance and innovation through the combination of different technologies.

Graduated from the MBA program at National Taiwan Normal University, David holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Soochow University.
Worked at National Theater & Concert Hall and NTNU Special Education Center. A sports enthusiast, knowledged in operation and financial management, he is interested in biotechnology and AI.
